NHRA Arizona Nationals
On February 17-19, 2012
The NHRA AZ Nationals drag race has gone back to its traditional month of February here at Firebird Raceway. Witness 300 plus mile per hour Top Fuel & Funny Car Drag Racing the way it should be, in the perfect, crisp air of February in the Valley!
With Firebird back at its traditional date, some of the best teams in drag racing will be full throttle ahead attempting to come out of the gates smoking hot, as they battle for a valuable early season win! With kids 12 & under now free to all general admission areas, every ticket being a pit pass, a kids zone, HUGE midway and the best weather in the country…there’s no reason not to grab the whole family and everyone you know…to come experience some of the best drag racing in the world!

Division 7 - NHRA
February 23-26, 2012
This year, it's different. 2 events & 4 solid days of non-stop NHRA DRAG RACING action. Over 400 plus teams from all around the country come to Firebird International Raceway for the NHRA Division 7 Double Header. Super Gas, Super Street, Top Dragster, Top Sportsman, Alcohol Dragster, Alcohol Funny Cars, and more all competing for their first win of the season.
The Double Header will consist of a standard NHRA Lucas Oil Division 7 points race on Thursday & Friday, followed by a regional NHRA Lucas Oil Drag Racing Series event on Saturday & Sunday.
PLEASE NOTE: Fuel Cars will not be present at this event
Kids 12 & Under are FREE to General Admission areas.

Lucas Oil Off Road Racing - Spring
March 31- April 1, 2012
Lucas Oil Off Road Racing Series Season Opener will once again invade Firebird Raceway. Come experience the most intense, dirt slinging, high flying, 4 wheel door to door action on dirt, as some of the best off-road racers compete to finish strong in the Season Opener. With more racing then you could ever want, from UTV’s, to Buggies, to 800 horsepower 4 Wheel Drive Trucks and everything in between. You’ve never experienced anything like this before!

NAPA Auto Parts Monster Trucks
April 21 - 22, 2012
One of the coolest weekends of the year, when the monster’s take over Firebird Raceway. A star studded monster truck field going head to head with names like Bounty Hunter, Bigfoot, Brutis and more. But that's not all, 300 mph Jet dragsters light up the night, a fireworks show like no other, and the long awaited return of the 60,000 pound, five story high, fire breathing, car eating, ROBOSAURUS.
